Activation of sim

Wow I am SO dissapointed with 48, I ordered a sim, ACTIVATED it, switched my old number successfully in which I also bought a48 deal successfully. I made calls the firdt day after I purchased a deal only to go back to use it literally two days later and not being able to call as the line is telling me 'I am out of minuits or do not have sufficient credit'. So I log into the my48 online and I am being told that my sim card is either 'notfully registerd or deactiarted' what on earth is this, I am really distraught at th moment please fix this problem 48.
