Hi I have new ph and my activation code will not work said Iust contact you guys can you help ?

This has cropped up a few times so, in the absence of clarification from 48 support, it sounds like they sometimes send out SIMs with invalid/non matching activation codes.
You will need to contact 48 support to get this sorted out:
