Activate new sim

Hi I need to activate a sim. It was sent out a while ago(under my name) but I didn't need it so I'm trying to use it now as I lost my phone. I followed the activation set up but it says to contact you. Thanks

If it's telling you to contact 48 support then you need to contact them here:
