Did the card work before for purchases on the internet?
On 48?
Is it still the same card or has it been updated/reussued?
Are the details the same if stored on your account?
Has the Verified by VISA or similar password changed at all?
You probably need to contact 48 (and maybe your bank/card issuer) about this.
In the meantime if you're stuck you can topup your credit balance by voucher and then buy stuff by text:
