I topped up 20 euro and a black screen popped up and said to text monthly to 1745. I did this and afterwards I realised I had purchased standard €10 membership. No mobile data was included so I proceeded to purchase guido membership with my remaining €10. This guide membership won't kick in now for a month so now I'm stuck with no mobile data. Could you refund these two memberships and give me my usual don membership instead because that is what I intended and if you can't will you please update that black screen that told me to text monthly to something that won't make people accidentally do the same thing I did and waste €20 of their money
