Sounds like something you need to take up with 48 support:
Did you try that already?
What happened?
All official support is online and you have to track it on the support ticket/request that you submit.
In general nobody on the public forum here can help with this sort of thing other than to suggest general diagnostic approaches or possible fixes. Only 48 support will have the necessary inside info about your account etc. to diagnose such problems in more detail.
Can you try your SIM in another unlocked phone and see if the problem persist?
If not then the problem is most likely with your phone.
If it does then perhaps getting a replacement SIM will help?
