48 took 20euro off me

i tried to top up through credit card but it didnt work and i got no membership and got 20euro taken out of my acount anyway bu when i topped up at the shop it was grand

Topping up is not the same as buying membership.

What does the My History link in your online account say about recent purchases/payments?

What is your credit balance on your account? Or dial *100# to get your credit balance. Maybe the €20 is there?

If not then contact 48 support for assistance.

A few people get a little mixed up with the process of topping up their 48 balance and then ifurther selecting membership...

It takes a little while to get used to the different format on 48, everyone has to!

But hopefully the advice above has set you on your way & your up and running
