Hi,

can you tell me how I show that I am a 48 customer as I dont have a bill to send to insurance company. I have cracked screen on phone and its not working properly now.

You really need to ask the insurance company what they need.

They must deal with other carriers that do everything online.

In the absence of clarification from them I'd just print a screenshot of my online account page and send that to them.
