paid for a new plan and 3 hours later not working

I am majorily pissed off, i have wasted at least an hour trying to find a way of contacting 48 after buying a plan that I need to use now. After buying it my account affirms that i have data and calls txt, but my phone wont connect to the internet. I have checked my data etc and the setting is ok this seems a 48 issue and no way to contact then a bloody joke.

I'll have to find a blog or online facilty to vent my anger to potrential new customers to let then know what they are getting into.

If anyone here can help It would be great.

Can you make/receive calls and send/receive texts?

Did you configure your APN settings?
