i have a little problem

So on the 13/11 i got a message saying my membership ended and on the 13th it was supposed to renew but in canceled even tho my card was working perfeclty fine so i switched it to another one that had money and everything and they took the 8 eur and i tought i would get my 100gb but nope the transaction is clearly wirtten but i still had no data no anything so im and i waited a full day but nothing so im just wondering if anyone else had this issue?

What does your My48 account Dashboard say about your membership status?

What does your Transactions page say about recent payments?

What does your Buy Plan page say about any upcoming membership plans?

Maybe the newly purchased membership simply hasn't started yet?
