You need cash credit on your account to pay for them.
They are not covered by your membership/add-on landline mins allowances.
They cost 50c per call.

Avoid 1890 calls if at all possible as they cost 50c PER MINUTE!
There's often a regular landline number that can be called instead and which is covered by membership/add-on landline mins.

She probably bought add-ons or used services that are charged from the cash credit balance:

If in doubt contact 48 support and they should be able to clarify where the cash credit went.

As I said above you need to contact 48 support to clarify what happened here.
Sounds to me like she used services that are charged from cash credit - eg MMS messages, international calls/texts, calls to special numbers such as 1850/1890 numbers etc.
But only 48 support will be able to clarify for sure.
