Hi,Has anyone come across this error when trying to renew plan/buy membership (photo attached)? I have tried logging in using different browers but it doesn't allow me to either "Automate it" or "Keep doing it myself". The message just won't disappea...

Hi I have just received an automated voice note telling me I don't have an active plan? how is this possible when i am set up with monthly automatic renewal to my plan and membership?
