Constantly get that I have no active plan but I have a valid card and auto renew is enabled. Any advice

Resolved! Membership not working

I got a message to say I had used up my 10Gb of data but auto-renewed my account this morning. I have a plan in place which auto-renewes monthly. Money taken today
