I have got my 48 sum and account but my phone number has been changed, is there a way to get my old number back?

Auto renew appears to have been disabled on my account

My payment details have not changed but for some unknown reason my payment for this month failed today. Account details provided are still active and funds available ?

I’m only a week into my plan, I’ve never run out of data or minutes before. Now it’s saying that I can’t place a call to Northern Ireland because I don’t have credit/minutes, but I’ve plenty, bought €3 add on and still no joy?Any advice?Thanks

Loss of network

Hi, I cannot reconnect to the 48 network since returning to Ireland from the Portugal. Can anyone advise? I have already tried manually selecting my network via sim application but that hasn’t worked.

Unable to activate my 9.99 plan

Last month I activated my sim and as per contract my plan will be for 9.99 for 6 months but now I m unable to do and my sim has low network n money didn’t get debit
