Recently purchased this sim, I already activated my sim however when I tried to avail membership it showed bundle in progress. How can I avail mobile data or plan.

Hi Folks, I've been on the 7.99 plan for years now. I'm trying to update to the 12.99 unlimited without success. It comes up with a technical fault. Please advise.
