Regarding Plan Recharge

Hey There,I have been trying since ages to recharge for 10.99 plan on my number but i doesnt appear on the plan section, only the 12.99 plan is there which i dont want to recharge my number with. 

Phone and text numb

When I call a number my number transferred number comes up on their phone but when sending a Text the 48 SIM number comes up on the receiving phone. The 48 SIM number is not known to all my contacts, what to do?

My phone won't top up
