Hi my data roaming is not working there is no option of what you write. So I can't use my internet. Can anyone help.

New membership

My old membership ended today but my new membership didn’t start even though I paid it in advance. It says it starts from 16th April but it still shows my current membership details

Unable to recharge

Hi, I have been trying to recharge my Sim since 2 days, it gives me unexpected error occurred on both website and App. I changed my card but still nothing is working. My plan is expired, do something I want to recharge
