Hi I am trying to ring a number in the UK but I am getting a voice message that I do not have enough credit but I had topped up by 10.99. What do I need to do?

Are you sure that the €10.99 wasn't for your monthly membership plan?
What does your Transactions page say about recent purchases/payments?
What is your cash credit balance on your My48 account Dashboard?
International calls (other than Northern Ireland landlines called using the 048 rather than 00 44 prefixes) are not covered by membership call allowances.
You need cash credit on your account in addition to an active membership plan in order to make international calls.
