Unable to renew my membership for the month

Hi, I have an auto renewed my membership last month but that has not happened. I tried rewnewing my membership with two other cards (bank accounts) but that is not happening either. I am unable to use my phone as I am not being able to renew my membership at all. Everytime I try to renew the membership it says "bundle in progress". My friend has tried to renew the membership for me as well but it isn't happening. Request you to kindly resolve the issue.
