Unable to recharge

Hi, I have been trying to recharge my Sim since 2 days, it gives me unexpected error occurred on both website and App. I changed my card but still nothing is working. My plan is expired, do something I want to recharge

Several people have been reporting issues with buying membership plans lately so maybe there's some general issue with this.
