Your post is a bit confusing. 

The subject line says:

But the body of the post says: 

  • why. is. my. auto. top. up. not. working. I. have. credit

What exactly is the problem? 

Auto-renewal isn't working? 

Or membership plan isn't working? 

When was everything working ok last? 

What exactly do you mean by "I have credit"?

Do you have an active membership plan listed on your My48 account dashboard?

What exactly is/isn't working? 

Connection to the 48 network - i.e. signal bars? 

Incoming/outgoing calls? 

Incoming/outgoing texts? 

Mobile data? 

What happens when you try to use outgoing services? 

Any error messages?
