Hi there,
This is Zhongmin Wang, a PhD student in RCSI.
I want to order a replacement card, but when I entered the Eircode and selected the correct address, an error message appeared and advised me to try again later. And I tried, but it still did not work.
Could you please tell me how to figure it out? Do I need to block it first and order a replacement card?
And also I want to know if I can still use the same number and same student membership (10.99 Euro/month)?

I presume that you followed the instructions here?
If you're having problems ordering a replacement SIM card and they keep persisting then you'll probably have to contact 48 support for advice.
A replacement SIM card will use your existing phone number, account, membership plan etc.
