€46.38 credit but it won't activate

I have 46:38 euro in my account and it is not activating. it just keeps asking to buy more credit. 

I do not want to add additional credit with no connection.

You have €46.38 cash credit on your account? 

What do you mean by it "not activating"?

What keeps asking you to buy more credit?

Cash credit is only useful for...

• Buying a membership plan
• Buying add-ons 
• Paying for some out of bundle services like international calls and calls to special numbers etc. 

For normal use of calls, texts and mobile data you need a monthly membership plan.

Cash credit doesn't give you access to those services.

The 48 monthly membership plan model is different to most or all other prepay mobile providers where cash credit is often all you need to use services.
