Hi I’m trying to top up with my new bank card and it’s saying there is a problem with my card.. all my details are correct can anyone help? Thanks

You'll probably need to contact 48 support.

The chat facility is usually the best/quickest way to get issues resolved.

Unfortunately it seems like there have been many problems with the site (including payments) for some people since the update.
