Thought I was on a rolling plan but no credit now

What plan am I on,I taught it was a rolling plan,no I've no credit.

On 48 you need to buy a plan each month in order to be able to use all services.

You can do this manually or use auto-renewal to automate it.

BUT there is a known issue with auto-renewals and payments at the moment:

So maybe you had auto-renewal enabled but it failed overnight/over the weekend?

You can try purchasing a plan manually for this month but there may still be payment issues with that at the moment:
