I thought i paid this morning but even though my bank says pending my son has no credit/plan

Does your Transactions page list your recent payment?

When were you last able to successfully buy a membership plan?

If the payment/purchase hasn't gone through as expected then you'll probably need to contact 48 support for assistance.
