I got a new sim card today to replace the old one,but i cant get it working.Won't activate.What can i do pls?

The first replacement sim I ordered did not resolve the issue but the second one did, I would suggest ordering anoher replacement sim...

Use the chat facility instead.
Several others have reported that working when tickets were not being responded to.
It may be offline now until tomorrow morning.
