Hi, I’ve ordered a second SIM card. I’m wondering if I’m allowed to register 2 SIM cards in my own name as I’d like to put the second one in a tablet..

You don't register SIMs using your name.
You register them using an email address.
So as long as you have a second email address you can register a second SIM.
Bear in mind that these will be different accounts, numbers, memberships etc.
You can't have more than one SIM for a specific account/number/membership.
