Do you mean that your SIM is suspended because you didn't buy a membership plan for 6+ months?
When was the SIM working ok last?
What are the symptoms of the problem?
E.g. any error messages when you log into your My48 account or when you try to buy a plan?
Almost certainly you'll need to contact 48 support for assistance with this issue.
