Your post is unclear - what exactly is the problem?

If your SIM has become deactivated (because you didn't buy a membership plan for 6+ months?) then you'll need to contact 48 support about this.

If the problem is something else then please explain more clearly what it is.

You don't need to post multiple times about the same issue especially when I have already responded to your previous post: 

You probably need to explain your issue more clearly and in more detail. 

Are you completely new to 48 or were you on the network before? If so, when? 

Is the SIM that you have a brand new SIM and you want to get started on 48 anew?

Or is it a SIM that was working but has now become deactivated?
