Hi I am in Portugal and was on Standard with you but I bought 1xThe Guido and when I went in to see did I get it it says it was delivered but o am still unable to use my phone here in Albufeira .it said I need to be on Guido to use my phone so that's why I changed over can you please help me

Buying Guido won't help if the other membership is still active and hasn't expired yet.

The new Guido membership will stack to kick in when the current membership eventually runs its full monthly course and expires.
Buying Guido won't terminate it early.
Check your My 48 account page and see what it says about your current membership status and expiry date.
