Requested SIM Twice - STILL HASN'T ARRIVED!!!!!!

I ordered a SIM about a month ago, didn't arrive. Your support guy on Twitter was DM'd, asked me for my username and password so they could login and reorder the SIM for me. Told him no way he's getting my U/N and P/W, that's just ridiculous to ask someone for their details.

 

So I ordered another SIM and guess what????? Still hasn't arrived.

 

When you order it says "...we'll let you know when it's on the way" - well where is it????

 

If I don't get it by Monday, I'll go with GoMo, at least they sent me the bloody SIM.

I've had regular post from Dublin to me (also in Dublin) take many weeks lately presumably due to COVID-19.

I am not a 48 employee - if you need to contact 48 support you can do so by chat, email (support@48months.zendesk.com) or phone.

I appreciate that this might be a post issue but I've ordered from stuff from Ali Expess in the last month and that has arrived in less than two weeks.

 

First SIM ordered on the 5th Oct, never showed up and now the second one hasn't. My sister's showed up in three days, she lives 5km from me.

 

This looks like someone has dropped the ball
