I ordered a SIM about a month ago, didn't arrive. Your support guy on Twitter was DM'd, asked me for my username and password so they could login and reorder the SIM for me. Told him no way he's getting my U/N and P/W, that's just ridiculous to ask someone for their details.
So I ordered another SIM and guess what????? Still hasn't arrived.
When you order it says "...we'll let you know when it's on the way" - well where is it????
If I don't get it by Monday, I'll go with GoMo, at least they sent me the bloody SIM.
