Replacement SIM activation

I bought a new SIM card but when I tried to activate it I got the following message "Sorry, that SIM has already been registered. You can either ask an agent for help or just order another SIM."

I just took the SIM out of a new packet . I am an existing customer

If you are an existing customer and need a replacement SIM then you should have obtained a replacement SIM and not a brand new one: 

As I said in my other reply, you might want to contact 48 support for further assistance as the error message is also advising you to do.
