Hi there, could help me says my Renewal out date, can't phone any one ,doe mean top up credit on my account, which I have already 🙂

What do you mean by "says my Renewal out date"?
What exactly does it say and where?
You need an active monthly membership plan in order to be able to make calls, send texts and use mobile data.
What exactly do you mean by "credit on my account"?
If you mean cash credit then that's not sufficient.
You need a monthly membership plan.
Unlike some other pay as you go mobile providers, on 48 having cash credit on your account didn't let you use services - you need a monthly membership plan.
What does your My48 account Dashboard say about your membership plan status and expiry date?
If you don't have an active membership plan then you need to buy one in order to be able to make calls, send texts and use mobile data.
