Recurring €12.99 plan has stopped I don't know why

I have the 12/99 plan it's taken monthly from my Bank account now 48 is telling me my plan has stopped why

What is the exact verbatim message and where are you seeing it? 

Has your plan actually expired or membership auto-renewal actually failed for some reason? 

Sometimes 48 send membership plan expiry notifications to people in error.

What does your My48 account dashboard say about your current membership plan status?

If you still have an active plan then the message may just have been a mistake.
