What exactly do you mean by "recharge your number"?
That doesn't really make much sense.
Please describe exactly what you're trying to do and what goes wrong, including any error messages etc.

If you're having problems charging your phone then that's nothing to do with 48.
If that's not it then please explain in more detail what your problem is.
