Out of credit

My credit is paid by DD every month. I am up to date with payments but when I try to call I get the message that I am out of credit. My plan has unlimited minutes. I have turned my phone off and on again but I still cannot make calls. I have also found that since I put in the new "upgraded" sim the service on calls and internet is worse.

What does your My48 account Dashboard say about your membership status?

What does your Transactions page say about recent payments?

Do all outgoing calls result in the "out of credit" message?

Remember that only Irish landline and mobile calls (and Northern Ireland landlines dialled with the 048 prefix) are covered by membership/add-on call minutes and other calls need cash credit to pay for them:

Can you receive calls, send/receive texts, use data?

What exactly do you mean by "the service on calls and internet is worse"?
