Can't buy membership plan - "bundle in progress"

I just join my48 by continuing my old number to my48 network but unable to buy a plan . They are showing that I have a bundle in process . But I didn't add any bundle and unable to get a new one . Please update me

This is a common problem that has never been properly explained or adequately fixed so that users no longer experience it:

You'll have to contact 48 support for assistance with getting this issue fixed.
