Hi Folks.
Have being a member of 48 Mobile since 2019.
For the last 7 days am having problems buying monthly membership.
Am getting the message that the transaction has failed and to try again.
During this period have paid my Local Property Tax, purchased items from AliExpress and Donedeal with my card with no problems. My credit card is valid for another 3 years and still well within its credit limit.
Contacted customer support who advised me to try a different browser.
So far have used Chrome / Microsoft Edge / Opera and Firefox. My PC is running the latest version of Windows 10.
Any help greatly appreciated.

These sorts of payment problems seem to crop up, sometimes out of the blue, for some 48 users for some reason.
You'll probably have to contact 48 support about this.
See the link in my signature below.
One thing I might try us to re-register the card on your account afresh and see if that helps at all.
Go to My 48 account > My profile > Payment Details > Your card > edit

Thanks for your reply. Gave your suggestion a go - still no luck. Will have to get back onto customer support.
