What does your My48 account dashboard say about your current membership plan status and expiry date?
What does your Transactions page say about your recent payments?
Does your Buy Plan page list any stacked upcoming membership plans?
When was everything working ok for you last?
What happens when you try to make a call?
Any error messages?
Can you receive calls, send/receive texts, and use mobile data?
You don't need cash credit on your account in addition to an active membership plan to make calls to Irish mobiles and regular landlines.
It's only needed for certain out of bundle services.
