I have the Mitch and I got no texts. Haven't sent any since it renewed and my account says I have none left. Phone won't allow any to send

What does your My 48 account page say about your current membership status and expiry date?
Does it list a "next" membership?

Sorry for the delay.

It says my Mitch expires Nov 6th and is automatically renewing to Mitch on Nov 7th. Still have not been allowed to send a single text this month.

OK - you need to contact 48 support about this so.

For some reason some users seem to end up not getting their correct membership allowance balances from time to time.

I have no idea why this happens as I would have expected all of this to be totally automated and reliable...
