Problem with top up

I bought top up voucher to cover my membership plan however when I go to purchase my membership using my credit balance (which shows the relevant amount) it will not allow me purchase it. I'm getting an oops error in the cart even though the amount to cover my membership is there. Advise please

Maybe try a different way to buy it?
E.g. if you're using the app then instead try the website or by text.
