One-time activation fee charged again with 2nd plan

I bought the activation cost memebership yet after 1 month it still tells me to pay for the activation cost

You mean that last month you bought your first €12.99 membership plan and also paid the €12.99 one-time activation fee but this month when you go to buy your second €12.99 membership plan it's asking you to pay the €12.99 activation fee again? 

That's very odd. 

The one-time activation fee should be just that - a one-time charge.

Can you post a screenshot or clarify what exactly the site is saying?
