Good afternoon. I transferred money to connect my account, but it won't connect. Please connect it for me. Thank you.

You'll need to explain your issue more clearly if you want assistance from the Community Forum.

What exactly do you mean by "I transferred money" (from where, to where?) and "connect my account" (to what?)?

Do you have an active membership plan on your My48 account dashboard?

If not then did you buy one?

What does your Transactions page say about your recent payments?

Are you already familiar with how 48 monthly membership plans and payments work? 

When were you last able to successfully buy a membership plan?

Is your payment card still valid, not frozen via your online banking, and there are sufficient funds in the account if it's a debit card? 

What services are working or not?

Connection to the 48 network - i.e. signal bars? 

Incoming/outgoing calls?

Incoming/outgoing texts? 

Mobile data? 

What happens if you try to use any outgoing service and it fails? 

Any error messages? 

When was everything working ok last?
