What happens when you try to enable membership plan auto-renewal here?
Any error messages?
Even when you enable membership plan auto-renewal you still need to buy the first plan manually before auto-renewal takes over from the next month.
When were you last able to successfully buy a membership plan?
Is your payment card still valid, not frozen via your online banking and there are sufficient funds in the account if it's a debit card?
