Plan didn't activate - looking for refund

Hi ,I paid membership from my card 1 April for new membership and money were charge 12.99€ but today not activated my membership and asking pay again. Could you check what happing in here?

I am looking for re found for membership paid on 1 April. Paid again today to have the new membership 😞 😞

What does your Transactions page say about recent payments/purchases? 

What does your My48 account Dashboard say about your current membership plan status? 

Does your Buy Plan page list any upcoming membership plans?
