Hi ,I paid membership from my card 1 April for new membership and money were charge 12.99€ but today not activated my membership and asking pay again. Could you check what happing in here?

Hi I bougth New phone Vadafone smart ultra 6 and activate new sim card and no have internet.Calls and messsages works perfect and wifi too. Can you help
