Phone credit not recognised

Hi guys, I added €6 to my credit and it was charged to my card but it isn't acknowledged on my account. My membership runs out today, please help 😞

You mean you tried to top up your cash credit balance by €6 and your bank card was charged but the cash credit did not appear on your account?

If that's the case then you need to contact 48 support to ask them to sort it out.
