Will 48 ever be able to provide 4G? I remember myself and some others asking about this like, 2 years ago and 48 said they were considering it. I'm guessing they just can't due to money or tech constraints?

My service immediately goes as soon as my monthly membership runs out. I can't even recieve calls or texts, is this normal??
