I just bought a new membership. It took the payment yet I didn't get it. Please help me understand

Are any services working for you at the moment? Calls/texts/mobile data?
What does your My48 account Dashboard say about your current membership plan status, expiry date and allowance balances?
What does your Transactions page say about recent payments/purchases?
Does your Buy Plan page list any upcoming membership plans?
