I tried to recharge my number but after payment it's saying something went wrong and we will let u know i tried 2 times and recharge is not happening so please help me out

What is the exact error message?
Does it make any difference if you use the web interface rather than the app - or vice versa?
Is your payment card still valid?
When were you able to successfully make payments on 48 last?
If it is repeatedly failing with an error message then you'll need to contact 48 support for assistance.
