Hello am planning to get another simcard, wondering if i can have the same account as i already have existing simcard from 48?

Unfortunately not.
Unlike some other providers, 48 don't support group/family accounts where multiple SIMs can be managed under a single login.
Every 48 SIM needs a separate login - i.e. email address and password - and must be managed separately.
